When can I expect to receive my order?

Have you placed your order before 11.00 pm on a working day? Then it will be processed in our warehouse the next day (except Fridays, weekends and public holidays).

As soon as your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. The average delivery time is 3 to 12 working days, depending on our stock and the country of destination. Please note that during our SALE period the delivery time may take a little longer.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to deliver to your neighbours.

*Attention! During the sale period or other promotions, the delivery of your parcel may take longer than you might expect. As soon as your parcel is sorted, you will receive the track & trace details by email. Keep an eye on these to receive up-to-date information about your parcel.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a track & trace code within 1 to 3 working days. Note: Also check your spam, sometimes our emails end up there.

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and labelled. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.

Unfortunately, it may happen that your parcel is held up by the carrier. We advise you to check the track & trace data carefully first.
